We are the only manufacturer of breast implants with 4 different surfaces.
This new implant offers additional benefits compared to smooth implants, such as the filling of the entire breast.
It is manufactured with a mechanically resistant silicone elastomer membrane with low bleed treatment and filled with highly cohesive HSC+ Gel.
Soft Plus features a round base, a spherical profile, enhancing full breast fullness with a more pronounced upper pole.
Features
It has a smooth, opaque surface, arithmetic roughness of approximately 5 µm (micrometres), obtained using 3D reverse engineering.1
Silimed round implants have a higher projection than other manufacturers and the perfect volume x base distribution. This makes it possible to use implants of a smaller volume, thereby improving patient well-being.
With the same concept as the BioDesign Collection line, Soft Plus offers different projections for each of the bases.
Indications
It is recommended for primary breast augmentation or replacement, particularly in patients wanting a more prominent upper pole, with complete filling and increased breast projection.
It is also suitable for primary reconstructions.
It can be used in whichever placement the surgeon feels is best: sub-glandular, sub-muscular or dual plane placement.

*Don’t forget to consult a plastic surgeon to find the most suitable implant
The 4 projections available in the BioDesign breast implant line offer a perfect distribution of volume x base.
With the largest projection on the market, our implants ensure better volume distribution, avoiding complications from an excessively heavy implant in the long term.
