See how to receive your card and register digitally:
1. Collect your Patient Card from your plastic surgeon, on the day of your first review appointment;
2. Check the labels with the serial numbers of your implants and fill in the additional information: name, date of surgery and doctor’s name and CRM. Don’t forget to store your Patient Card safely. One tip is to take a photo to store digitally and easily access;
