Polyurethane implants have a great ability to adhere to tissues, and have the Velcro effect, which is highly effective for patients with breast ptosis, providing an improvement in the appearance of the breasts.
The main indication for patients with ptosis is the conical profile polyurethane implant (Advance), which provides a natural super-projection of the lap, suitable for breast skin removal surgery with optimal projection and fewer scars.
Silimed offers 4 surface options for breast implants. In the BioDesign line, the implants are made of polyurethane, textured, smooth opaque Soft Plus and, in the Standard line, which is more classic, the round implants are smooth.
